Request User Support

For request and log a technical support request as a licenced user follow the following steps:

  1. Open any Petroleum Experts engineering application, e.g. GAP
  2. Go to |Help | Web User Area.  The will open a web browser.
  3. If this is your first time, you will need to fill in your personal details.  This will create a local "cookie" on your PC to allow automatic login in the future.
  4. For technical support select Technical Support on the left navigation bar.
  5. Look at the FAQ's to see if you can find the info. here.
  6. Or, register a Technical Support Question. Select Question to Support.  Complete your technical support question.  You can also attach relevant files.
  7. Send.  This will create a unique Case Log, where you can monitor the status of your support request.
  8. You will receive email support reply to your question.

We request that All support questions are First Logged in the system, before you telephone.  This will allow Petex to review the question first of all.
