About this Vacancy
PE Limited is seeking a motivated individual to join our Contracts & Licensing Department in our Guildford office. The Client Contracts Advisor is a key role within the Contracts & Licensing Department, reviewing and negotiating client software licensing and services agreements. As part of the team, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure the provision of an efficient and quality contractual service to our clients in 90 countries around the world.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of international B2B client contracts, encompassing drafting, negotiation, and post-award support.
- Supporting the Contracts and Licensing team, as well as the wider company, with expert advice with regards to contractual terms, identifying and providing suggestions to mitigate the risks therein.
- Collaborating with colleagues in the submission of complex tender documentation, aligned with our contracting principles.
- Overseeing, reviewing, and updating internal contract templates
- Providing support and mentoring to colleagues to enhance their own knowledge and skills in contract review and negotiation.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, typically via email and Microsoft Teams.
- Undertaking research as and where needed to ensure that our contracting process remains fit for purpose for our organisational needs.
- Providing ad hoc assistance to clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company.
Qualifications
To succeed you will need:
- A legal qualification or significant relevant work experience
- Substantial experience in reviewing, advising, and negotiating on contractual terms and conditions
