2013 Scotland’s Entrepreneur of the Year
Petroleum Experts’ founder and CEO is Scotland’s Entrepreneur of the Year - 2013
The CEO and a founder of Petroleum Experts, Mr. Abdelhamid Guedroudj, was recently named Scotland's Entrepreneur of the Year at a ceremony in Glasgow on the 28th November 2013.
The awards programme is organised by the Entrepreneurial Exchange in the association with professional services firm Deloitte and media partner The Herald. The award is Scotland's longest-standing annual awards for growth-oriented entrepreneurs.
Mr Guedroudj was recognised for his achievement in building Petroleum Experts from a start-up in 1990, into a company that has an international client base for its petroleum engineering software and Digital Oil Field technology. The Digital Oil Field captures the behaviour of the oil field on the PC. The applications are used as an on-line management system of the oil and gas company’s assets throughout the assets’ entire lifecycle.
